Conference > Registration and inscription fees

Online registration and payment for the conference is open until noon on June 15^th. After this date, inscriptions will no longer be possible.

The inscription fee is 320€ for scholars and 270€ for students. The fee includes coffee breaks, the welcome drink in the Musée de l’Homme and the conference dinner at the La Coupole restaurant (see Social events). It does not include lunches (individual, with many possibilities around the Botanical Garden) and the excursion to Versailles that is charged an extra 35€ to be paid online with final registration.

Final registration and payment has to be done through the official site of the CNRS (link below). You will proceed in two steps:

1. Pre-registration

You will pre-register by filling in your personal information (name, address, institution, etc.) and click on OK. Once the pre-registration has been approved, you will receive a message with access to the online payment site.

2. Confirmation and payment of the inscription fee

The easiest and highly recommended way to pay is by credit card. Then you will automatically receive, by e-mail, a receipt for your payment.

If you chose “you are paying the invoice”, it is your name and address that will appear on your receipt. If you chose “someone else is paying the invoice” you have to indicate the name and address of the person/institution that will pay.

In the case you cannot pay by credit card online, money can be transferred directly to the CNRS account. In that case, you have to chose « Other payment method - transfer » notwithstanding that it is here indicated « only from French public organizations ». You will then receive an invoice document with all the necessary information for doing the money transfer. Please note that in this case the receipt will be issued manually and this may take a little bit longer than if you pay online by credit card.

In the case of a direct transfer to the CNRS account, do not forget to indicate the purpose (inscription fee IWGP) and your name so that the transfer can be associated with your payment.
